Nope last I heard around 5 million could be higher, but not for long {the one child initiative=they will soon have an aging population and few working/military age}... 1) supply line halfway across the world from a country already having supply problems 2) Need to keep enough troops at home due to pissed off neighbours 3) Once a person who has be suppressed and under the boots of dictators all their life get a chance at freedom what happens...

Hmm yea that does seem high but with a population coming up on 1.5 billion it seems doable if you include all squadrons, army, navy, air force and marines.
