Just so you know... the owner of the google drive will see your google account if your logged into it

What do you mean "will see your account"? You don't need to be logged in to download from google drive. Anyone can see any google account at any time very easily. Are you warning people I might send them spam emails? Your warning makes no sense man.
If your logged into google and click that link you and google have our google info.
Don't give google your info. The fact that google has your info should be bothersome to you. Nothing is exposed except for what you have set to public.
