It's always an error and it's always an accident and it's always in the same direction.
But accidents are a flip of the coin and after a while .5 * .5 * .5 * .5 * .5 * .5 * .5 * .5 ..... becomes some slim fucking odds.
If I flip a quarter 100 times and it always comes up heads, that's a bad quarter and nothing else matters.
