Fractional vote counting will not survive vote audits. Dominion knows this and are doing everything they can to block the audits. Maricopa audit found fractional vote counts didn’t match the ballots. They also found the repeat scanning of ballots didn’t match the number of actual ballots submitted. The sudden influx of ballots after polling was closed didn’t match the number of ballots sent out. Any county in the US looking into this are discovering the same thing. Hence State Attorney Generals aggressively blocking audits.
