I can confirm the passwords to some extent. They've been passed around for awhile.
What you are looking at is an organized effort to be able to access multiple machines at the BIOS level.
What is suspicious is that someone wanted sudo access, essentially, to voting machines and had the information to do so, indicating proof of collusion between Dominion and voting officials. If the passwords were hacked, they would have appeared in a different format. Someone manually entered these.
Other than the spreadsheet, I'm unaware of any evidence showing how this was used. However, the red flag is that Dominion had this information, at all.
