Yes, but States almost never clean the registry, so people die or move out and the number gets out of whack. Leftist always cry foul when someone brings up cleaning up the registry.

As a California person it is awesome that they took on election integrity in our state. So many conservatives think of california as a lost cause and don't put forth any effort for the fight over here.
