At best it allows the GOP to take the 2022 election and pass stricter voting laws for 2024. Maybe it would give some more clout to Trump to try to get some of the rhinos out of there. But there is no amount of fraud that would switch the opinion of dems voters. The end justify the mean in their eyes and if cheating is needed to stop "fascism" so be it.

As for jail time, maybe a few low rank nobodies would get some slap on the wrist. The guy who lied to allow the fabrication of evidence to start the spying on Trump got away with no jail time for falsifying evidence that lead to the spying of dozens of innocent americans. The dems are, by and large, controlling these institution so they'll protect each others. So don't expect treason charges or sedition or anything like that.
