I'd imagine that proof of widespread fraud would lead to impeachment or voluntarily leaving office for obviously lacking the mandate to be the leader.

The Dems control Congress. Impeachment proceedings aren't a likely outcome.
And there's no way either Biden or Harris will voluntarily leave office.
