The fact that we get 94% people voted, and we're probably looking at most likely a minimum of 5% if not more of dead people who are still on the registry, well you get the idea.
Rough math, 3 million people die in America each year. If half are registered voters, then in 5 years, you're looking at 7.5 million and 15 million in 10 years. This is between 5-10% of the total registered voters.
