Total votes should include ALL candidates, should it not? If so, 158,380,304 votes were cast for President (ballotpedia.org). That gives us a total of 94.1% of all registered voters voted, not 92.4%.
What about third party?
158,383,403 / 168,308,000 = 94.1%
Sauce. (en.wikipedia.org)
And remember that people die, those registry's aren't reset every election. So you could be looking at possibly 10+ years of dead people in that 168 million. The fact that we get 94% people voted, and we're probably looking at most likely a minimum of 5% if not more of dead people who are still on the registry, well you get the idea.
Rough math, 3 million people die in America each year. If half are registered voters, then in 5 years, you're looking at 7.5 million and 15 million in 10 years. This is between 5-10% of the total registered voters.
Nice research!
"Why are you so racist?"
"I can do basic math."

67% of 168,308,00 = 112,766,360
155,485,078 - 112,776,360 = 42,708,698
The total population for NYC is 8.5 million.
42 / 8.5 = 4.9
Almost 5 extra New York Cities voted.
