If the "Cyber Ninjas" are what they claim you would think they wouldn't need a password to get the data they are looking for.

Low-tier libfag drivel. Kys.

if they hack in, i am sure that would be deemed illegal. now do you see the dilemma?

If you are charged with doing a forensic audit in most cases you don't even need a password. You examine the hard drive and contents from another machine/account. That's why they say once you have physical access to a machine/hard drive security like passwords don't matter.

this is a private company, not a federal or state agency doing the audit. it isn't a criminal matter. yet. so the election admins don't have the passwords, dominion does. the big point is that dominion was in charge of the vote counting. i am sure this will end up in a court somewhere.

If dominion admits they have admin access to voting machines they're screwed

https://en-volve.com/2021/05/07/major-red-flags-in-arizona-election-audit-as-dominion-refuses-to-turn-over-passwords-to-machines-after-revelation-that-they-could-alter-votes/

"A breaking discovery during the election audit in Arizona this week has revealed that election boards didn’t have control over their own voting machines and that outside Dominion ‘admins’ with sole access to machines had the ability to edit or alter system logs. Dominion is now refusing to turn over system passwords."

dominion, "the entity," will not comply with a subpoena. they need time to get the story straight and dig in those machine guts some more.
