Then you call all the other polling area's and write their totals down and do the math. Then if it's way off you tell the people what your total and the machine totals are and let them fuck shit up or burn the fucking machines and never use them again. Hell do it with short wave radio's when totaling with everyone listening so they can tar and feather people telling fake totals and have all the people watching without interruptions to everything and have it on a board with the math seen by all.
