Nah the problem is not resolved in banning billionaires.. Capitalism requires informed and intelligent consumers. Which we can never have with our npc society.. Capitalism works with freedom of choice.. But freedom of choice only works when peole in society use critical thinking across all their decisions.. It's why they first attacked education at the elementary level. Like any social system it has its flaws and there is no utopia. But banning people based on the fact that they can have too much money is not the answer.
