I believe when it goes to the supreme court it's the chief justice overseeing the trial, so Roberts. And I'm not sure the court will side with Trump even if the evidence is overwhelming. Heck, the plan may be for them not to be, if there is a plan (and I'm not sure I believe there is, but this case is a good sign).

We'll see. Obviously the courts are corrupt but if the evidence is overwhelming it might force the deep state to retreat further or, if they don't, it may trigger an actual right wing revolt.
