The impeachment process will take longer than twelve days. If he is indeed impeached again, that won't preclude him from declassifying anything. In fact, it could very well be the only thing that makes him willing to do it.
Unless he already has the declas info ready to go and presents it himself, 12 days will not be enough time to get any agency to do anything at all on that. They will stall for time and run the clock out. He would have to do it all himself as no one is going to help him. He wasted four years. He'll waste these last 12 days for sure.
Absolutely. If he doesn't have everything he wants to declassify ready to go by now, he won't do it.
Democrats in Congress could vote this morning. If there was no defense mounted in the Senate, the trial could be over by noon. Removal before lunch is over.
All it would take is for one Republican to filibuster long enough...
The senate doesn't vote, they hold a trial. There is no filibuster and it moves at the pace prescribed by Mitch McConnell. He will use the loss of majority coning as an excuse to expedite. At this poi t, would you honestly be surprised?
Trump ain't gonna declassify shit because they got him by the ball hair and would rek his whole families shit and no way in fuck would they mess their future business' up. If Trump were real he would've already started declassifying shit that would cause an uprising, and there is plenty of it.
