Voter rolls, in most states, don't get sorted out in a timely fashion as it is. This whole "covid" debacle should have opened many peoples eyes by how little data the state collects in comparison to the money they hand out. From prisons to "assisted living" homes, the systems are corrupt and it's all a one way street.
