It's not relevant, it's incorrect. Nobody is casting votes after midnight or after the deadline or anything like that. She's either an idiot or she's deliberately, maliciously spreading lies. She's complaining about them COUNTING votes and she's saying that it's votes being cast. It's also wrong to call it mysterious, since there have been weeks and weeks of media coverage about how the midwest will come in red and then shift blue as the early votes are counted last in those states.
