Less tl;dr version:

The Prolix Tower

So, basically, the towers are physical manifestations of a culture. By manipulating the culture, you can manipulate the physical tower, and therefore reality. He mentions Euhemerism, which is where stories and exploits about a person get so exaggerated, that people can't believe that they weren't performed by a god. He also mentions Mythopoeia, which is the concept that belief in something makes it true. If enough people believe it, reality reshapes itself. So, between Euhemism and Mythopoeia, you become a god. He also gives a list of people in universe that have walked this path (which includes ALMSIVI and Talos).

The Psijic Endeavor

Be such a massive agent of change, that the amount of changes you make change everything forever. So much so, that existence itself can't believe you aren't a god, thus you become one. Vivec also did this one.

Tonal Manipulation

Using the Numidium (or Tonal Architecture in general. The Numidium is just a focus for manipulating the Divine Synesthesia) to break existence, then reassemble it in a way to your liking. That liking usually involving Godhood. How ALMSIVI and Talos originally achieved divinity. He also discusses that Thu'um and Sword Singing could also achieve the same thing, being other ways of manipulating the song.

The Fission of Souls

For this one, he provides a Bible passage that explains where the concept comes from. But, basically, you act so much like someone else, that the universe can no longer differentiate between the two, so you become one being. But, for this one to work, the person you're acting like HAS TO BE ABSENT. So, you're filling their shoes, by acting like them. Tiber Septim acted like a dead and missing god (Lorkhan), becoming Talos (along with another shove with the Numidium). The Champion of Cyrodil also steps into the shoes of Sheogorath during the Greymarch, as Sheogorath was "missing" (being Jyggalag at the time). So, you aren't REALLY becoming them, you're just stepping into their empty shoes, and continuing their story. The universe doesn't care much, as long as you're a close approximation of the original being, and there's a divine hole that needs to be filled. AMARANTH is when this happens to the Godhead itself. The Godhead "wakes up", and someone else takes it's place. ALMSIVI did this to the original Tribunal, Boethiah, Mephala, and Azura, with the original Tribunal becoming their "Anticipations", and later their "Reclamations" when ALMSIVI disappeared.

The Love

CHIM proper. Understanding that all of existence is the Godhead. From the plants, the animals, the gods, to the men and mer. All are the Godhead, in it's entirety. Explaining it as a "dream" is really just a convenient metaphor. He goes on talking about the Brahman from Hinduism, and also brings up Aleister Crowley's definition of Love (with a capital L), which is an all consuming empathy and compassion with everything else, as it is also the Godhead. Think the ultimate empathy with everything ever. You completely understand everything about everything else, their motives, their thoughts, everything. And you empathize and love them. Zero Summing is when you understand all of this, but lose your sense of self from it. Achieving CHIM, is when you see all of this, but through a very strong force of will, you're able to maintain yourself, against everything else telling you that you don't exist, you do. You're so massively stubborn, that you can't help but continue to exist, and since you now recognize you're the Godhead, you're able to enforce your will on the "dream". Tiber Septim and Vivec both walked this path.

The Fusion of Souls

Combining many souls together, to raise their collective Subgradient. Each being is a subgradient of the Eternal I, the further away from the Eternal I that being is, the less power it has. So, the gods, being on a higher subgradient, have more power than mortals, who are lower on the power totem pole. By using the Numidium, you can merge many souls together, in order to raise their subgradient. The Dwemer tried this, and they brought themselves up to the tier right below the Godhead, the tier of "IS" and "IS NOT". They made themselves into "MAYBE", and thus they left the mortal realm, eternally fused together as the skin of the Numidium. Almalexia, Sotha Sil, and Vivec also did this, they merged themselves together into the collective god ALMSIVI, but they didn't make the same mistake as the Dwemer, and stopped just short of removing themselves from existence. Tiber Septim also did this, by merging the souls of Hjalti, Zurin, and Ysmir together into Talos.
