Gen Z is like I was when I was in my 20's "Why is work so hard and why can't I afford anything" instead of working harder and having patience they are choosing the nuclear option which they do not understand in the slightest. They also don't understand that with socialism comes inflation and your foreign trade is out the window since other countries are shy about selling stuff to a country that cannot afford to pay their own bills and their currency is in a downward spiral. They have no concept of economics and that for a country to work you have to have most of the population working.
