What do you expect? Their solution to everything is to lower standards to make illegal things not illegal. Too much crime? Change what you call a crime or just don't report it. The dumb niggers can't graduate or read? Who cares, change the standards and graduate them even if they are illiterate. Fuck all of them. If you move to a "Red State" from a "Blue State" you should not be allowed to vote (at all) for 5 years at a minimum. Not locally, not federally.
