Yeah, They stopped in nearly every school in the country in the 2000's (something like 2001-2002 in most places).

In my opinion not only should Civics be taught again (they ended that back in around year 2000 in most schools) but if you cannot pass the US Citizenship test you can't graduate from Highschool. It really isn't that hard but there is plenty on it that was never taught in highschool.
