Im willing to start with "stop funding them or their failed countries" that should solve about 90% of the problem without bothering with the rest.

Also, the border(s) being a DMZ on the likes of israel. Let's start there. It will only take 10-15 years for the majority of the problem to go away.

Oh, and it goes without saying that mass deportations including the "fake birth right" illegals going with them.
