Just because you cut your dick and balls of and invert it to have a permanent wound for someone else to penetrate does not make you are a woman it just makes you a mentally deranged person that no longer has a dick and balls. It also shortens the life expectancy massively but they don't care because they get a lot of $$$ out of you before you either die from complications or off yourself.
