As if it was not already bad... You get the message yet? You should be homeschooling. You are probably far more qualified than even the "teachers" that are "certified". Most of them don't teach anything. They just read from the "teachers guide" that has all of the "answers" and cant answer any real questions.

From the post:

>The US teacher shortage has reached boiling point, with principals so desperate to fill vacancies that they're recruiting uncertified educators to classrooms. New government statistics reveal the states suffering the most from the deficit - with Alaska, Montana and Florida topping the chart as of February 2024. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics figures which compare teacher retainment now to pre-pandemic levels show Alaska has 10.9 percent fewer teachers now than it did before Covid hit in 2020.

The certified ones aren’t with a shit. So, it really doesn’t matter.

Uncertified is potentially unindoctrinated. Certified is certifiably indoctrinated.

We don't have teacher shortage. We have a bureaucratic gluttony. In this country we spend ~$16,000 per student in public schools.

We could ditch that system, attach the money to each student, let teachers operate micro-schools and independent classrooms and teaching at a ratio of 12-1 make nearly $200k/yr.

You think qualified people would want to do the job if they could make a good living?

You think parents would like to pick their kids' teachers and have smaller class to teacher ratio?

Well too fucking bad. Bureaucrats, and unions, and jews won't let you. You get public schools.

Yeah, I agree. Public schools are shit because their only motivation is to have as many students as possible so they get $$$. Not that they spend almost any of that on actual teachers that are worth a damn. Most of it is for "Administrative costs". (Morons that have no idea what they are doing but get paid way to well to be so fucking stupid).

16k/yr per student.. It would be easy to do what they did in the old days and hire 1-2 teachers for a small group of kids in your own community. They would get paid better, you could vet their teaching and the kids would get a real education.. Not this bullshit.

It has been decades but I learned more from self-teaching/learning than public school ever did for me and I was in a "good" public school. When you could teach your science class better than your teacher... You have a shitty teacher.

Also, fuck the unions. They need to go as part of the purge. They are a major reason everything has gone to shit.

I am so glad my wife pushed homeschooling 8 years ago now. I was against it for fear of "socialization". They do WAY more socializing with peers now than when my oldest went to state sponsored indoctrination camp. All they did was get demerits for talking and 20 minutes outside... fuck public schools.

I was in public school. Some of my best friends were homeschooled. I mostly met them in non-school activities that we had common interests in. Though, some of them I met at school since their parents would take them to public school for minimal exposure to things like PE.

They were YEARS ahead on education with their peers (and me as well sometimes). Good dedicated parents are a massive foot up in the world and if they have half a brain in their head they can teach their kids what takes until the age of 18-ish.. well, they can teach that before you are 12. A good friend of mine is a professor and homeschooled while minimal pairing with public school. By the time they were out of "highschool" all of his kids had at least 2 associates degrees, were exceling past the AP level for the public school and only spent a couple of years to get their "4 year" degrees(s) which they all dual majored for. It might be a extreme example but its just more proof the public system is fucking useless unless you are happy with half brain dead minimal "education".

Oh yeah, the Demerits.. That was fun. I was a A+ student in a class. I passed with a C because of the fragile teacher that hated me.

New term just dropped.

Oh just watch. They will use this to spin it on homeschoolers or "pod schooling". They will find some way to say "The rise in UNCERTIFIED EDUICATORS is extremely concerning! Here is what you need to know".

I feel like im calling this one about a year before they start saying that..
