We need common sense school control laws. These places are fucking dangerous!

I have a question, did the student batter the school or the teacher? If the student battered the teacher, then why did the cops obey the school administrators rather than the actual victim? This is very curious.

If I had been battered by a student and got no redress, you can be sure I'd hire a lawyer to go to the police to press charges and sue the school administrators for malfeasance.

Since they won't arrest or handcuff the violent criminal it makes me believe that the "equity" system of punishment was in place.
