here's the article from nypost (nypost.com); there are a few others out there that follow along the same cadence. and there's A Life After Layoff (youtube.com) that covers the same thing. Nothing goes into super detail about the 'why' outside of the lack of soft skills, which are very important.

jew york post, so yeah - not sure which platform pushed it first, but it's a mix-bag of jews and dots as 'author' and all pretty much used the same verbiage. The jewtube link, I watch this cat often so i give him more credit than the periodicals' write-ups even though life-after used one as commentary.
