Every business owner is having problems keeping these lazy fucks working. Most don't last and can't make it to work an entire week.
Read an article the other day... these fuckers [gen z] are bringing their parents to interviews! Holy balls!
I saw a video with that shit. His mom came to the interview in place of him. She was the one recording because she was pissed the manager wouldn't do the interview with her.
So, for what reason? To do all the talking or just moral support? I need some context.
here's the article from nypost (nypost.com); there are a few others out there that follow along the same cadence. and there's A Life After Layoff (youtube.com) that covers the same thing. Nothing goes into super detail about the 'why' outside of the lack of soft skills, which are very important.
Thanks for the links.
edit: Heh. (pic8.co)
The last person I didnt hire did his interview on a zoom call, but couldnt keep his phone directed at his face, and wore street clothes. We were staring at his nostrils the whole time.
I don't think I could go back to a 9-5 after working a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
