Administratively heavy. They want as much $$$ as they can get. They would have you believe that teachers and staff are in poverty for the noble cause to teach.. Well, the teachers are often fucked over for pay but the Admin Staff often are way over paid for what they do.. Half of them are diversity hires that are just dead weight getting a bloated paycheck.
