A person's educational credentials are not the only indicators of success, so we advanced our approach to hiring to focus on skills, experiences and potential

Translation: credentials are no longer proxies of actual skills. Unless you're talking about compliance. As hiring managers, we are on our own to find the few candidates who can actually think on their own and solve problems.

I'm not interested in social justice warriors or "inspirational" young kids. I prefer boring nerds or experienced, 50-year-old white guys who can figure out how to complete real work without being coddled and praised.

True, I only ask where candidates graduated simply so I know how much indoctrination they got and how potentially fucked up they are. Any degree a young person has is pretty useless. In fact, I prefer kids who didn't get brainwashed.

Interviewed someone with a Masters in co-sci and ~8 years experience. They were basically useless. I have no idea how they managed to get their last job. Im guessing it was a big enough company that they basically didn't really have to get anything done and could slip through the cracks without much notice.

I wish someone would notify my moronic boss. I have a couple of freaking master's degree and he told me a few months ago that I should get another. F that. I had the energy to play the game when I was younger but not now. He just wants an excuse to be able to promote indians over me because he can say he told me I needed another degree and didn't do it.

I thought bout this a bit. All these companies are doing is removing barriers to allow them to have more niggers working at the corporate level, to satisfy their WEF overlords.

No doubt. The company I work for has been doing the diversity crap forever. They love Indians above the blacks and they can still scream diversity. I'll probably get fired if I ever have to work with a tranny. I wouldn't be able to be respectful in the least, but then again the Indians probably wouldn't hire one.

There was an article about IBM about this around 2 years ago. They were calling them "New-collar jobs". Jobs that would hire based on skill and merit and not credentials.
