Quick thinking mother catches Florida Commies breaking the law…

. . When Rosario objected to the constant obscenity warnings issued by the board chair while allowing the excerpts to continue being read, she was directly invoking the law as laid out in HB 1069.

Had the board chair stopped the readings, or "shut them down," the book would legally have to be removed from all shelves within five days.

And Rosario, who has been using her seat to fight for parental rights and to get pornography out of school libraries for years, wanted the book gone. . .

Nah, this is just kike gaslighting - now 'allowing' parents the right to read the obscene excerpts in the public school meeting. Parents want this degenerate shit out, instead they've been 'tricked' into now linning up to all have a turn reading the worst of this garbage out aloud themselves. Double edge sword, overton window - demoralized gaslighting, something something.

It is degrading to have to read that trash out loud in order to get it removed. It's publicly exposing the disgusting material (((they))) don't want exposed. It's placing blame where it belongs, at the feet of those allowing it ... in front of an angry and energized audience of parental peers/voters. I don't see any other legal and productive way of exposing it, quantifying it, removing it. Is there a better way?

It is disgusting and has no place in schools.

However that being said - this is pure kikery, things have deteriorated to the point that concerned parents are now having to engage in 'reciting word for word' the very thing they are against - that's why imo its gaslighting demoralization.

Is there a better way?

Yes, it should never have been purchased for the school system. Simple.

EDIT: It's not holding anyone to account. Zero interest in going after the authors, zero interest in going after the publishers, zero interest in going after those who authorised procurment.

I understand the need to not have this stuff in schools and why the parents are upset etc , unfortunately the entire system is corrupted and complicit and so are way too many of those in positions of power.

Agreed, but there it is, introduced in the dark of night while no one was watching. Now, how else is there to extract it? Personally I'd fire those who put it there and everyone who resisted removing it ... I'd even charge them with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. They can not be allowed to walk away unscathed.
