They really mean 'more time to fix the grade books so that more niggers and spics can appear to meet the minimum requirements for graduation'. Adding a few days to the school year isn't going to make these low IQ retards any smarter. They're just going to cook the gradebooks and lie about the academic abilities of some shitskins.
