Not working HR for a rocket scientist form or anything, I’m talking lower level jobs in transportation as well as the service industry. Basically jobs that anyone can get if they have the bare minimum going for them in life skills and will show up for work. I was just absolutely blown away by the fact that niggers could barely read and write. And my online applications worked as a screener to make sure people were paying attention and had just a touch of common sense. They’d all answer those incorrectly. Interestingly, the druggie and trashy whites could read, write and pass my little comprehension tests. And when I’d have an in-person interview, so many of the niggers would come in stinking of weed like they hotboxing in the parking lot before coming up.
