It's a practical matter. Parents don't want the lives of their children endangered for a worthless education and brainwashing. Where's the upside to sending a child to a public school? There is no upside. The niggers in the student body assault white kids, the black teachers know less than the students about their subject, its impossible to learn in disruptive classes, and if you don't at least pretend to accept the brainwashing you are harassed and targeted.
