They always put the focus on something else like the teachers, the textbooks, the funding, etc. I'll tell you what the most important factor is in a school. It's the students. Intelligent, well-behaved kids are going to make for a great school. Spics, niggers, and other garbage are going to make a bad school. The teachers, textbooks, and all that stuff barely even matters if you've got a classroom full of hood niggers. Really, they pay people out the ass, just to risk their lives to go there and pretend to teach those fucking animals.
