Why can't people understand demographics? Education didn't change much over the decades, the students did. Teachers have always been women and wacky liberals. The students are more stupid because there's more spics and niggers and less white kids. That skews the scores lower. Take the performance of white kids then and now and you see everything's fine, at least academically. Liberals try throwing more money into the pit, but you can't educate away stupidity so there are little to no results despite massively increased spending. Import the third world, become the third world.
