The fact that this is a debate or controversial is insane.
Niggers and spics do not have the intelligence or temperament to meet the rules, standards, and customs of 1st World Western, i.e. White, Civilization. It hurts their feeling when they are expected to abide those rules and standards. Punishing them for failing to abide by those rules and standards is a mortal sin and heresy.
So the rules and standards that allow Western, i.e. White, Civilization to function must go. Luckily the jews are there to take over and rule the wreckage of society.

If this actually happens with no felony level crime being committed, convicted and found guilty of then it's fucking hilarious and absurd. We've all heard the meme about tenure. It's virtually impossible to get rid of them.
Ironicaly the concept of tenure was specifically to protect professors for saying something too radical at the time. The idea being that if some professor made a discovery, it would not cause him to get fired for the findings.
Always women in power. They are petty and vindictive. God help anyone who doesn't respect her authority. Women make far better tyrants than men.
