This is great. These people are breaking down accepted definitions of terms. This, simultaneously, softens up our targets (our people) for our message because they no longer have a frame of reference and makes our job easier because we can now take control over the frame of reference by providing stability, clarity and safety. Awesome. We need to give these people more time to keep on doing our work for us.
