If teacher's unions were the problem, why are some public schools excelling while others are failing dismally? They all have the teacher's union. It's fundamental inferential statistics that an unchanging variable cannot explain a changing variable. It's literally a logical and statistical impossibility. Teachers have no power to set the curriculum, choose textbooks, or even to discipline students.How can they be the ones steering public education?
