One of my homes that fell apart, i left vacant for 8 years, bunch of drug addicts destroyed the entire place. the value of the house went from $30.000 to $220,000 just during the Covid. Without doing any cleaning or work on the place. Personally i wouldnt pay $10,000 for that place. Vanguard bought it up quickly for the full $220,000. Terrible location around a bunch of niggers, bad, dangerous neighborhood and some of the worst schools in the country. Completly worthless, tiny property.
