Sorry to hear that. I was pretty much out of the financial market, heavy into RE at the time, was sitting on a lot of property to sell, fortunately I had been frugal and became debt free a couple of years earlier so I was able to weather the holding costs until they eventually sold off. The Obummer economy repressed the RE recovery.
