Instead of using fire like Hawaii and Cali, they'll simply take the homes for "x reasons", rebuild for the up and coming brown gentry. That's a huge area with major hospitals and universities, lots of convention centers too. No surprise. I'm more concerned about the data center placements; they seem to be placed in working and middle class White neighborhoods.
