I know "line go down bad". Yeah, it sucks for people that bought when prices were stupid. If you bought when it was stupid and it's not under water it might be a good idea to offload it now rather than later.

Shit happens =/ If we get rid of the illegals and have to get fucked a little on selling prices (as long as it is going to good strong American Citizen families) maybe it's worth it.

Housing prices needs to crash. We need to slow speculative buying and reselling and encourage long term generational homes. We need to bring down prices and fill the 10's of millions of empty homes with the people who are stuck in a viscious rent cycle.
