I know "line go down bad". Yeah, it sucks for people that bought when prices were stupid. If you bought when it was stupid and it's not under water it might be a good idea to offload it now rather than later.

Shit happens =/ If we get rid of the illegals and have to get fucked a little on selling prices (as long as it is going to good strong American Citizen families) maybe it's worth it.

Half the videos and articles are about the housing shortage crisis. There aren't enough homes and we gotta build 2 million houses just to catch up. Then comes the other half, home buying demand is at all time low. Buyers are on strike and sellers need to radically drop the price if they expect to sell. Get rid of the mega corporations buying up thousands of houses at a time and all the problems would disappear.
