Subtext: For young Americans, not being able to buy a house is more than a sob story. It’s the symbol of a broken social contract and a generational betrayal

From the post:

>Almost every couple that I know in their 20s, 30s or even 40s has had the same argument with their parents before getting married. The parents say to open a wedding registry. The couple responds that they do not want one. They don’t expect gifts from wedding guests (their “presence is enough”), and they have been cohabiting for years and already have plates, bedsheets and a blender. In fact, since they live in a small rented apartment, they barely have room for the plates that they do have – let alone a set of china. Perhaps, they will timidly suggest, guests who really want to give a gift can donate to a honeymoon fund? Or better yet, make a small contribution toward a downpayment on a house?

They also have pink and blue hair, fuck niggers, have only fans pages for a career path; wear headphones because they're all either autistic or dissociative identity disorder, uh let's see..oh yes, wear furry costumes and have sex <tos>...um, piss and moan and cry about safe spaces and working for a living and are easily the most stupid generation since the advent of white boards and tablets in schools.

Stop fucking blaming everyone else for your problems. The cost of a gallon of milk is as expensive for a boomer as it is for you.

Remember the boomer lady working at target that got verbally attacked by some millennial cunt for wearing a Charlie Kirk shirt? Bet that lady isn't working because she has "boomer" money laying around.

Yeah... Pretty much. Just leave them on a mountain for 3 weeks with all of the food, shelter and guide books to survive. No need to hunt or forage, barely a need to collect water and firewood.....

Maybe one out of 50 makes it despite being given everything needed and sometimes to just walk to a river 200 yards away for water sometimes.

I'm not being fair to young kids today, they generally have a really lousy deal.

Things were hard when I was coming up but nowhere near what it is today.
