Can't sell it if no one is buying. I have had my house in WA on the market since the beginning of March. Got a few offers that were mediocre. I finally just ended up taking it off the market last week. My whole moving to Texas plan is not working out. I have 3 properties down there, 2 are lakefront lots, I put them on the market to see if I can sell them. I'm paying 3 internet bills, 3 water bills, 3 electric bills and 2 states are robbing me for property taxes. Meanwhile work has been very slow for about 6 months now, so I'm hemorrhaging money, something has to give. I'm at the point where I think I am just going to be staying in WA for good.
