1) It is widely acknowledged that there is a price fixing problem with soft wood lumber production in the US. 2) Hurricane season can cause spikes in soft wood lumber product demand and we're supposedly due for one heck of a hurricane season. 3) It is my opinion that we are headed for a housing/real estate collapse within the next 12 months. Urban areas will be hit the hardest.
