This is just fucking stupid. If you want to pay your kitchen staff more then just charge a little more per dish. It is that fucking simple. Don't do these stupid little extra "fees" you are just going to piss people off. But if a dish costs a extra 65 cents then they won't probably care at all.

I didn't even get to the insane food prices. The place sounds like a fancy-pants place that I wouldn't be caught dead in.

No kidding. Maybe this is in one of those "gentrified" areas or something where everything costs about 70% more than it should?
