This system is just a Ponzi scheme and after spending your entire life paying into it, you are unlikely to see a single dime. Don't expect the government to take care of you. Imagine how much better off you would be if you didn't have to pay that chunk of your LABOR to the government.

You know... You make a good point. There are billions.. BILLIONS of dollars to go to Ukraine and Israel and for section ape and the criminal illegal aliens in the country but we are running out of money for Social Security? Interesting indeed.

I guess the difference is that one of these things are funded by -directly- stealing from the citizens where the others are "Money printer go burrrrrr".
