While our underlying business is strong, this specific store hasn’t performed as well as we hoped."

Colfax sound like coal facts, and Havana doesn't need much more of an explanation than that. Niggers and spics stealing is the problem.

Colfax has pretty much always been a shit show. At one point it was considered the "most notorious street in America".
