Change the locks. LOL. Also, remember the rule of 3. Triple the bad numbers and divide good numbers by three. 400 x 3 = 1200 people actually gone. Anyone decent they fire, there is a remote chance of coming back as a contractor. Either 1099 or their an agency. But no benefits.
